The computer will pick 4 color coded 'pegs', using any combination of the 6 colors, and hide them behind the box labeled CODE. The codebreaker (user) will try to duplicate the exact colors and positions of the secret code. Each time the codebreaker places a row of code pegs, the computer will give information by placing black (B) and white (W) key pegs in the boxes alongside the code pegs, or by leaving places in that box blank. When the codebreaker duplicates the secretcode, the computer will place 4 black pegs alongside it, and reveal the code. Pressing the backspace key while entering a color combination code will allow you to correct the last color entered.
